Braintree Stop and Shop is a beautiful store. Produce is always fresh. Meats and seafood look good. Selection of food is good and shelves are stocked on the day of the sale. Employees go above and beyond. Checking out is a little nerve wracking. Could have more responsible baggers. Registers are always open-no lines. Over all impression of the store is excellent. Deli staff is very accommodating. We live in Weymouth, but come to Braintree to shop.

I'll be going to stop & shop since the 1970s when I was a kid rolling with my mother she would push a full basket of groceries home, two miles because we were too poor too hire a taxi. The Braintree location is super clean, everything is in place, the produce department is off the chain! seems well managed, my only gripe is that 1 or 2 of the staff need to go back to the lunchroom and watch the put down your cell phone and help the customer video again because it didn't take the first time. Everything else I give it four stars because the prices are outrageous!!
