What an amazing experience. From the start, our rep Mike was on time, knowledgeable, kind and most importantly not pushy! He educated us on the process and our options. I got mine done 2 years ago, Haven't had any problems yet 3 backup pumps one battery, No problems with the battery they inspected every year

I sealed the wall myself before anything was installed. Rolling out isn't time consuming. New windows with window wells that were capped. They used a plastic drain not your typical French drain, allowing water to come in but will be channeled thru to the lowest point of floor where sub pump pushes water out. Jack hammer 2 feet out along the perimeter. Very neatly done. I did get the vapor barrier done and very pleased with fresh clean look of basement. My moisture situation in summer had me dumping water out at least 2x a day using a dehumidifier. I invested in a sanidry and it has kept air fresh in basement. I told them my plans to frame out walls to hide pump and sanidry. They provided me with a set up once wall is closed I use a vent to continue to pull moisture from air.
