We had water in our basement following Ida and needed to address water and mold. Ryki and the team at A-1 gave us a realistic estimate, showed up when expected and performed all the work seamlessly. I usually don't write any recommendations, but given the outstanding job done, I will this time. We needed a big water proofing job done in our large basement. This company exceeded our expectations. Greg, the company rep, was very professional. He diagnosed the ongoing water problems and options were given. They sent their workers on time . Ruffino and his team are the ones who actually did the job in the basement. Over the course of two days, Ruffino and his team came as early as 8 AM , worked tirelessly till 2-3. He answered any and all questions we had , and cleaning after their job was done, unlike other companies we dealt with in the past. I had a french drain installed as well as two sump pumps with backup batteries. Ruffino is very professional and things were planned and executed perfectly. I did my homework and I shopped around for waterproofing companies. I am glad we went with A-1 Basement. I not only saved my house from further water, mold and foundation issues but also saved time & money. Highly highly recommend A-1 Basement.
