Waited 30 minutes past my appointment. Asked the stylist how much longer. He said 10 min. Waited 15mim and he still was not ready for me. I would have appreciated a heads up from the beginning. Just wasted time walking around Ulta waiting for him. I'd rather give my money to someone who respects my time.

Even though I got everything I needed, I had ZERO help from the staff. I was in there almost an hour trying to find the correct foundation match and lip stains, and no one asked if I needed help. They walked right by me several times when I clearly looked confused. One of the members talked about how she was still working even though she was off the clock. Red flag! I checked out and the cashier didn't even seem that friendly. I won't be coming back to this location.
