They will charge you after you are dead. When my aunt died in late March, I had no idea that she had a membership, and I checked her records thoroughly. I was surprised that her card was changed, so I called immediately and told Shantee to refund the card and cancel the membership. She told me she had taken care of it. My aunt was billed another time. This time I was told that I had to fill out a cancellation form. I promptly filled it out and received no response. Today was told that it takes 10-12 business days to close an account and my aunt's card won't be refunded. At least, I have the number for corporate now. I will take them to court, if that's what it takes to get the refunds.

This company is the WORST SCAM! And this location was horrible! The people answering the phone are rude, unprofessional and don’t return phone calls. When asked to speak to the manager, I believe her name was Shantay she was just as rude and ghetto! I can see why the front desk person was the same way because the manager obviously is a terrible leader. Do not give your money to this business they lied to me when I bought my membership, I had to go in to sign paperwork to cancel it and they still kept taking my money. I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO GO HERE THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & BUSINESS PRACTICE! Take your money to HAND & STONE…anywhere but here!

Had an amazing experience here! Booked last minute for my birthday (they fit me in no problem), and my massage therapist (Erlinda) was a miracle worker. Such a great massage! I felt so relaxed and refreshed after.
