This is the place I found my puppy <3 it was love at first site with him. The process was very easy if you have existing dogs in your home bring them on over to meet your new puppy/dog to see if they are a perfect fit! Adopt dont shop there are alot of dogs in need of a home.

I got my dog from here. The folks here were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I had to fill out just TWO forms and provide some references. It was about 25 mins I had my puppy!! Their cost is very affordable compared to other places. Our loved us from the very first sight of us!! We love him and this shelter give us free food (Blue food - a very high quality food), free toys, free vaccination, free neutering, chip included). I would definitely visit here again. They also accept lots of donations.

Andrea, please be sure to check with whatever shelter you go to. Dont surrender to a kill shelter. I would be happy to speak to you directly, altho I am not an employee there. LOOKS like Tom Truppa has the best advice.
Of course! Just visit our website and go to the volunteer section to schedule an orientation, either a general one or for dog walking!
There are several bird rescue groyps, I am sure they would know of them.
In some cases they may be able to assist with low cost neutering, but not typically. You can try People for Animals, Animal Alliance
I believe it is on their website. We adopted a kitten.
Yes. We do
We do get poodles at times. Best to check with the shelter.
You need to call the shelter
Search for this shelter on Petfinder.com and it will show what animals they have available.
Have to be 18 or over.
If you can't actually volunteer you can still help out by organizing a "drive" for supplies or food. If you have an occasion coming like a birthday you can set up an Amazon wish list and ask for things for the shelter instead of gifts. All kinds of good things...good luck!
Not at the moment
I can't answer that question. You need to call the shelters directly.
Yes, they will trap a skunk. I believe only if injured. Best to give them a call and discuss with Nancy, Brian, or Rose.
I would call the Audubon society in Bernardsville
No
You can walk in and tell them about it or call them
