no it’s not worth anything
I'm not from a coin store but am just a part-time collector. Your question can't be answered. You left out the mint mark and the coins condition which can both significantly impact the value. That can be the difference in it being worth its bullion value to 100x or more its bullion value! To get an accurate estimate of its value you MUST take it to a shop or coin appraiser. In either case, you'll have to pay for their time and expertise. If you're planning on selling it and sell it to the coin dealer who appraises it, they will often waive the appraisal fee. Make sure you ask them what THEY would pay for it. If you just ask for an appraisal you'll get a possibly inflated retail price and will likely pay a percentage of the appraised value. I'd STRONGLY suggest buying a copy of the 2020 Red Book for coins. It has current values for ALL US coins and how to estimate their conditions, as it's different for different coins. You should also look at the price trend before deciding to sell!
Are you aware you're asking an expert in his/her field to invest many hours, perhaps DAYS of their time for FREE, something you're not willing to do yourself? Javier, if you want an ESTIMATE of what your "cents", they're NOT called PENNIES, are worth, buy a 2020 version of the Red Book. It lists virtually EVERY coin ever made in this country, how to ESTIMATE its condition, and its approximate value when the book was published based on the year and location of minting, condition of the coin and any "special" characteristics of the coin. This will give you a decent estimate of the coins value. Just remember coin values are somewhat like gold and silver values but MORE volatile! Coins have an emotional value that will be different for each buyer! Do the legwork. Just remember, a cent you got from change that's now worth $1.00 is IDENTICAL to buying $10,000 of stock that's now worth $1,000,000! They each increased 100-fold in value!
Go to the net and look for gold bullion prices. The bid price is what dealers have CURRENTLY offered to pay for the specific commodity, while the ask price is what someone is trying to sell that commodity for, of whatever type (gold, silver, lead, etc.) in whatever form (bars or ingots, coins of what year and mint mark, etc.) they're trying to trade. There are hundreds, if not thousands of dealers on the net doing business this way so you shouldn't have any trouble finding current quotes. One is APMEX.com, another is MONEX and there are at least hundreds more. Happy Hunting!
