Absolutely upsetting. I called and they told me they close at 2:30 but I came in person and they had a sign that says 2pm. Arrived at 1:57 and they already had locked the door. Please update your timings on Google if you are closing early.

I ask for butterfly needle as I now have pain and never get it. Today, tech told me smaller black needle is same as butterfly, just straight. She lie outright to me. I’m done, if they can’t give as I ask, and I’m paying for it via insurance or out of pocket, there are other places to go. Connivence of locality isn’t everything. Tired of blood taking to be painful.
