I was 100% satisfied with the recent power wash of my house. The Hardie plank siding was installed 10 years ago and a great deal of mold accumulated especially on the white aluminum trim. After the power wash my house looked brand new even from the street! I found the workers, including the owner, to be extremely professional and friendly. They were finished in a surprisingly short period of time and the fee was extremely reasonable. I had expected the cost to have been double! I absolutely recommend A-1 Spotless to friends and family. Trust me that you will be satisfied too!

I had an excellent experience with Robert and the A-1 spotless company. I had asked for a mold/mildew removal soft wash & a gutter cleaning service from them and they did a good job at both. Robert had a very pleasant and professional attitude, did the job with a smile and even offered to provide a free gutter cleaning service, during fall. Overall, a positive experience. We had our roof cleared of moss and algae, the siding washed, and our back cement deck washed. All three services were performed brilliantly, and the house looks brand new again. We didn't realize how dirty it had become until afterwards. Both the timing and the price were as agreed upon beforehand, and the guys cleaned up after themselves - other than a lingering smell of chlorine and the sparkling house, you wouldn't have known they were there. Love the multi-year guarantee as well - and we will use A1 again when we need it.
