We stayed at the Colonies and held a family reunion there are at ine of the pavilions you can rent. The location is beautiful and very well maintained. It's is also close to many great spots. The staff was fantastic and helped us last minute buy delivering a grill and cormhole set right to us while we were setting up.

We have water on both sides. The scenery is quiet, serene, and beautiful! We have great cell service! Cute little store! Nice, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!

I saw them on line contact them polite receptionist very nice. They allowed pets a plus. But they have 7 days cancellation notice I didn't cancel change date because of weather.. But was still charge $63 cancellation even though I still made reservations for different day. There contract did say 7 days notice but they will not make exception because of weather . And not gas crisis either. I'm retired on fixed income it took a while to save up for trip. Beware of this policy and pray it doesn't rain

Yes, so there are certain rules that need to be followed. (No fires on the ground/nothing hanging from trees/etc)
We do monthly , however only from Oct 1- April 30 after that there is a 2 week max
Check in is at 1 p.m.
