The attraction to this resort are the amazing views of the Colorado River with the mountains as a backdrop! The resort itself is deteriorating and no longer being restored to the fine amenities which were once boasted about. You can forget about the golf course now as it is better suited for Frisbee golf! Wi-Fi is not functioning, there is sewer gas smells daily from certain campsite areas, swimming beach area has broken concrete slabs tossed ashore, horseshoe area has seen better days, I can go on…but you get what you pay for and the 1-mo. rent is very reasonable.

We reserved a Camping spot since we have our own trailer, a spot was assigned to us but had to be moved due to someones property parked on the spot we were assigned, no problem at all to be moved. We liked the other spot better with view of the River. The thing with having a trailer and renting out a camping spot for however long is needed, is that you won't always be so spaced out from the locals, and there is rules and regulations everyone needs to follow of course. We were there for that night only, and had breakfast next morning, and didn't even get to launch boat because someone had complained about our campsite having too many people and about a fire we had the previous night. If we weren't allowed to have two family's in one campsite, then it should of been addressed since the beginning. Thank you for the opportunity anyway, and letting us try and eliminate the places not right for our family in particular. We had seen this place before when on the River and well i guess you could say, it is a nice big place but still could end up next to someone not so nice.

We visited the resort this past weekend and the tiny house, property, and location were great. But there was a family of about 40 people that reserved ONLY 2 RV SPOTS that were very loud and pretty much took over the area. We mentioned something to the staff and I don't think anything was said or done about all the people in a small area. I would think the resort has rules on how many people and vehicles can occupy an RV spot. And then when they all left they left trash everywhere! This didn't totally ruin our getaway but it definitely put a damper on our weekend. Please address these kind of issues in the future.

Me and my family rented a tiny home. two adults and four children we got harassed by the owners of the park .Were not allowed to have more than 4 people on the porch that was counting children we felt very uncomfortable. I would recommend not to stay here specially if you have children. We also had friends that brought their RV and had it parked at a spot at the resort electric breaker kept turning off for several trailers at the resort the owner had to keep fix it . It was over a hundred degrees . The owners would drive around just to harass people. save your money not worth the misery there's so many better places

I'll have to answer this just from my personal experience. The "little house" that I vacationed in had either satellite or cable (unsure as to which?) and the ever so handy DVR (I think it's called, where you can record & skip commercials, etc etc?). Anyways the reception was impeccable. Perfect picture with absolutely no issues. This service/benefit was provided by the owner of the home, not the resort. I have no idea if they resort provides any type of cable/satellite service? I have to say though that just kicking back and enjoying the view outside, especially since we were right on the river, the sunsets, watching the sun rise, the flowing river, etc was absolutely serene. I realize that you didn't ask about this but I'd like to point out that cell service can be spotty much of the time, something we actually enjoyed. There was a landline in the home so we weren't concerned about the ability to call out in case of an emergency. There was also a ton of board games in the house. 👍
