Let me start by saying I have leased and owned BMWs, Audi’s, etc…. I was at the end of my current lease and the dealership I was leasing from was playing the typical car dealership games. Out of frustration I went online to search for inventory with other brands and dealerships which is very limited. After putting my information into several sites I received the typical emails and text messages. Then my phone rang and it was Isaac Resek from Lexus of Bridgewater. Isaac was anything but typical. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and never tried to sell me something that was not the right fit for me. Isaac kept me updated on the status of my car as it came in from the port. He shared screen shots of what he was seeing as the car delivery progressed. He even sent me a video when the truck arrived with my new vehicle. Isaac goes way above and beyond. The finance manger Alex was great too. Very personable and never tried to sell me on packages I didn’t need. I can’t recommend Isaac and Alex enough. I will be a client for life. Oh and I should mention Isaac came in on his day off to deliver my car and drove my lease turn in to another dealership to finish my transaction. We live in a day an age where service is often overlooked. Look no further and go see Isaac and Alex and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Not to mention I love my new ride!!
