Receptionist with short black hair and glasses was incredibly rude. I approached her for an invoice after my cat’s visit, a vet came to ask her a question and she got up to go with him without saying “excuse me” or anything to me…I was standing right in front of her waiting for my invoice. Terrible customer service experience.

Matthew We do not perform cat declaws at Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital. There are so many wonderful alternatives which we would be happy to discuss if you would like to schedule an appointment to come in. Please reconsider doing that procedure. Bruce Levinston, DVM
