Quick answer is immediately after check-in or just a few minutes. More detailed information is depending on which location, time of day and weather conditions. Winter drivers want to have the road salt removed. If you are having the interior cleaned allow another half hour.
Depends. If you're going for a detail service you might not want to. It takes awhile. If you're going through the drive thru you stay in.

No. Just pull up and tell them you want an inspection, and then you can go inside until they're done. Depending on who is ahead of you, there might be a bit of a wait, but they move fairly quickly.
