I was ordering from SKS starting 10 years ago up until the pandemic. It’s been 2 years now and they are STILL out of stock on most of the glass ware. When I did order the 8oz glass bottle with pumps, it took about 6 months to receive the order. Other companies have figured out the supply chain issues and are now selling the glass bottles I need.

I keep order from them but it’s not before a lengthy process filled with headaches via their website.

I was charged $3,000 on my credit card for items that were out of stock since the rest of the order was partially shipped. I had previously waited over 8 months for that same product in a previous order before deciding to cancel the order since it was taking too long. They refused to refund the money unless I canceled my order which would lead to me losing my place in line (roughly a year of wait). I proceeded to cancel my order regardless or else SKS would have borrowed my $3,000 for MONTHS before actually shipping my merchandise. They try to keep your money hostage investing it while you are hoping your order comes in for MONTHS. This company is extremely unreliable when it comes to their stock, although, I was understanding since we are in difficult times, however, this has crossed the line. I am now working on eliminating SKS as a supplier. This is no way to conduct business.

We do order in bulk when possible. I'll try again next time. This is such a silly waste of plastic, and excess waste for no reason! ALL OF THESE COULD HAVE FIT IN ONE BAG! Your product is solid but this is ridiculously unnecessary and it's very common for your company.
