Getting sick is definitely not fun. At least they make it easy and comfortable. I appreciate that they are always straight forward about wait times, it’s always clean, and easy to be seen. Dr. Paul Justice is very kind and has great bedside manner. My favorite walk in clinic in Murfreesboro!

Entirely disappointing experience every single time I have been here. I genuinely left in tears after my last visit, this place has the rudest front desk people I’ve ever encountered at any urgent team/care now place. Every visit I’ve been talked down to by those working the front desk. I don’t understand what I’ve done or said that has warranted the kind of tone and condescension returned to me. I’m a generally timid and meek person and I work in customer service myself so I always try to be understanding when people don’t return the same kind and patient energy, but multiple times I’ve left baffled after asking short and simple questions without a clear answer and without what I needed in the first place. At first I assumed they were just having an off day but after multiple visits with the same attitude I’m left wondering what it is I’ve done to be on their bad side every time I come in. Aside from Dr Justice, every dr and nurse has been exceptional, but when you’re sick you just want to feel better, not feel like a problem for not understanding something or needing the most basic of care.

No one answers their phones. When I called another location I was informed that the web checkin didn't hold my place, it just allowed me to get my paperwork done in advance. I waited 3 hours after my web check in before I started calling. In the end, I never got seen. If I had 6 hours, I wouldve gone to the ER.
