Lived here for a year. Apartment clean on move in, neighbors were respectful and we didn't hear much through our walls (Second floor). Pros: Large space, layout of the apartment was perfect. Carpet was clean. Closets were big. Lots of space to walk. Gym is great. Fantastic location, near to Northville and Novi. As well as expressway. Tennis courts and pool were usable. Very pet friendly, lots of space, other dogs to meet. Winter maintenance and spring maintenance were very good. They clean up the exteriors of the complex and shovel and salt well. Cons: - Had some trouble with the maintenance not fulfilling requests all the way. Rodents were getting into our walls through the electrical box. Would do a half job, had to call multiple times and still was never fixed on move out. The management side wasn't the issue, they were always understanding. - If you choose an apartment near the industrial road behind the complex, you may get woken up in the morning. This only applies to maybe 2-3 buildings, and never before 8:00 AM. - Our utilities were very high, but I believe this was due to the square footage and raised ceilings, as well as an old AC unit. - Balcony was a little old, still usable, but some wood needed to be fixed. - Not necessarily a con, but it is mostly families live here, not a lot of young people. Unfortunately we had to move out due to rent increase, but on move out the staff was very polite. We cleaned the apartment spotless and they didn't charge us anything out of our security deposit. Would recommend to anyone if they can find the right price.

Amazing place, super clean, all thr facilities we need, even a dog park close by...gyms in the complex or 3miles away...Subway....any fast food....Target...Meijer and Walmart a 10min drive

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The prices are not worth what you getting. Upon move out. There was no walk through and they ended up trying charge me +$700 for carpet for one bedroom. From the reviews that’s what they always do. Just a big scam. Do not recommend.
