I was looking for a place to be closer to school, I had some last minute changes and Austin and his team were able to move things around to accommodate me in finding the perfect place. Austin has been great to work with, he has been so helpful. He answers all questions and he goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything on your list that you’re looking for in finding an apartment. If you’re worried about this place, don’t be. Make sure you talk to Austin to help you find the perfect apartment. This truly has been a great experience, 10/10 would recommend. So thank you Austin !

You will never get anything repaired with the new management. It used to be great but we are over a month now and we still don’t have a working shower. No call backs from the office or responses to our submitted work orders.

Terrible experience with leasing staff trying to coordinate a move from a different state despite having a family member go there in person to view the unit. Jazmyn was a great agent but unfortunately left while we were applying. We have called the staff multiple times to ask questions, clarify as moving from a different state without being able to see the place is really difficult. Staff is always in a hurry to hang up, and in fact hung up as I was trying to ask them something- was just appalled by the behavior. And this is AFTER we have an application submitted for a unit. We are withdrawing our application and cannot believe the exorbitant amount that is being charged for the rent but with this kind of service in the backend. I never write reviews but had to make this one known to someone else who is in my position. Beware....!!
