Terrible experience with Loveless from beginning to end. Their location feels like an assembly line. The prices are ridiculously high and I never received a single photo from them after spending hundreds of dollars. To top it all off, they sent my daughter's pictures to the wrong high school so she did not appear in the senior class photo collage or the yearbook. Would not recommend to anyone.

My daughter told me that the photographer asked her to take off her glasses. My daughter told me, "Mom I couldn't see the camera." I called to address my concern to talk to the manager/owner/supervisor and was told,to help with the glare. I interrupted the person who answered the phone and said there should be accommodations. You don't tell someone to take off their glasses, that is a disability! I know this agency has the equipment to help with the glare. I was so disappointed that my child had to go through that. I have yet to hear from the manager/owner/supervisor. My hope is that another customer doesn't have to go through what my daughter went through and continue to fix glares, without telling a customer to take off their glasses. My daughter took pictures with her glasses on last year, outside and they were done beautifully. So hurt to hear about a glare and not recognizing a person's blurred vision.

Decent photography but the only other male photographer besides Loveless himself told my minor sister that she looked like his ex girlfriend and that he could take photos of her “all day” during their session which made her and my mother uncomfortable, and the young female assistants were seemingly uncomfortable as well. No complaints aside from behavior like that being questionable and I’m requesting that maybe someone should have a word with him on how talking to clients like that, especially teen girls, is uncomfortable and even if it’s a harmless comment you’re really messing up your subject’s ability to be photographed saying something like that to them.
