After more than 10 years as a landscaper, I've been to a lot of plant nurseries in several states. The people here are the most knowledgeable I've ever met and their products are always the highest quality! They can provide specific details about deer resistance, shade tolerance, anything you might need. They are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a unique, quality tree or shrub.

I used Cheshire nursery for a landscape project last spring , their sales team were very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out materials . Although their installation service was truly a disappointment ! As explained to their installation division part of this project required moving several yards of topsoil (already on site) over to the area of the new privacy shrubs , these shrubs were being planted along the side of a property line berm and this soil was needed to complete the task , no soil was moved and the plantings were basically just set in place for me to plant myself . This was the main reason why I hired a contractor , to move soil ! After paying premium prices for materials and labor (charged for all plantings ) ,, Their no return visit to complete , having to finish this work myself along with adjusting several other trees left leaning credits this business with a poor review . Don’t hire these people for landscape installation , Their a total Rip-off !! * Additional note * Shortly after this work was completed one of my irrigation zones became faulty , months later it was discovered that while C.N planted my Japanese tamukeyame tree they damaged this irrigation line , unbeknownst to me at the time , they made a repair to the line ( that didn’t hold up ) and continued to plant this tree right on top of the line instead of moving it over a few feet ?? Another great move by Cheshire nursery , I had to end up moving this tree to make the necessary irrigation repairs which wasn’t an easy task six due to its roots system growth that grew around the irrigation line anchoring it in .
