I originally planned on moving to The Villages. I bought a home in Water Oak with the idea of being here for a year. Then, I fell in love with this beautiful private guard-gated community. Everyone here looks out for each other. There is zero crime. They have just invested millions in rebuilding the ENTIRE golf course. This is the "flag-ship" of Sun Communities, so they really keep it up! Great value for the money.
