I made an independent visit to check things out and speak to anyone who might walk by. The area looked tidy, and the 2 residents and 1 visitor I s/w, had no complaints. I read someone else's review regarding no basketball for older kids, nor pool for anyone. I'm sorry, but I as a senior....I am glad to see a senior complex for low income (I'm permanently disabled), where my rent isn't going toward those items. I love a pool to do my water exercises; however, the rent is what pays for such amenities. I was surprised with the play equipment, and thought it was a nice extra or perk for those who may have little ones visiting.

Good Place, but, there is a playground for little kids, but, no Basketball Court for the older kids, nor a community pool for everyone.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and it’s my 1st experience with apartment complex living. I’ve found that living closely with people that have different life experiences and values can be quite a challenge. And yes, there have been challenges, just as there would be w any large, mixed group of people. But every single staff member/employee has gone far above my expectations. In the beginning, when we would get notices referring to our apartment “homes”, I’d roll my eyes. I can’t tell you how happy I am to be wrong! Every single person I’ve dealt with has remedied a problem, answered a question and helped in any way they could. Management and Maintenance have taken care of and treated me… us… and this complex as though it WAS home. The staff is small, but Mighty!!

Clean nice bland but kept up. The prison yard pavilions are censoring either d. The huge drones that hover OFTEN look like they're checking people

They may have short availability, and I believe there is waiting list BoricuaRJ7 g mail
Depending on which "village" in The Villages you're referring to, about 35-45 minutes. Brownwood is the closest village to Clermont and that will take you about 35-40 minutes Depending on traffic.
