We purchased a cabinet from this location on May 11 at 7:58PM. Cabinet had few scratches and damage, asked for discount as that’s what happens at other home goods location but the manager here made faces as if she is doing us a favor. She was rude, disrespectful and did not know how to welcome guest. I would not recommend this location to anyone. She should be replaced if she has this attitude towards customers.

HomeGoods has an amazing collection of home decor, furniture and organization stuff. Most of their items are Made in India or Made in Vietnam. Price of all the items are quite reasonable but most importantly you can really appreciate the unique collection of items at these reasonable price range. Being an Indian, I also love to buy from this store to get the touch of my home country in a foreign land. They also have outdoor planters and pretty good collection of patio furniture which unfortunately you will not find on their website.

I'm giving it a 3 because of Angela who assisted me today ( otherwise it'd be lower). She was very helpful and friendly and the store itself has a lot to offer. However, when I went to the register Carol was there She was very short and quite rude from the get go- ignoring me in the beginning even though her light was on. When I was about to go to another register she said no, I can help you. The item I had did not have a price sticker. She didn't listen to me and completely disregarded me as to where Angela had put the price of the item I was purchasing due to it being a return. She said she saw the price but needed to go check another similar item to put in into the register. I asked her if we could get the person who had helped me (she seemed to know whom I was talking about in the beginning). She ignored me and went back to the rugs with the price gun. When she came back she quoted me $10 higher. She said she had no idea who helped me- like I was lying! I found Angela who came over and fixed the problem. At this point Carol said sorry, I let her know I didn't accept her aparcology and that I've worked in customer service - it's aways important to treat people respectfully. This pertains to life in general.

Had a very unfortunate experience at this location on October 22nd, around 5pm. My wallet was stolen out of my purse, which isn't necessarily the fault of the store - but the way staff spoke to me and handled this incident was quite frankly, shocking. There was no sympathy or kindness, and no willingness to render any help. They acted completely helpless and basically told me that it's my fault and to take care of it myself (calling police, etc). I am still trying to get security footage, but I don't have my hopes up even if they manage to find something

There is 2 aisles. One with beds and one spilt with toys and other accessories. This homegoods has a better selection then the tjmaxx down the road
