The 5 star goes to Alexandru, Manager of the Bellevue store. He was very helpful in resolving what I needed. He went out of his way to create a solution to a Thomas Bahama backpack that was missing a side buckle. No other employee would have taken that initiative to help but Alexandru did. Excellent Customer service and a great Manager that cares about the customer! J K

Good store, lots of clothes to pick through. I've always seemed to find this store nice and organized. It can be hit or miss in the kitchen goods as sometimes they don't have much in stock. Make sure to check every product for the red clearance tags. Some have them & some don't. Toy section is rather small and lacking. Usually the checkout wait isn't too long.

Oh happy day! Very glad this store is here. This is my go-to spot when I am either very sure of what I want or I have no clue. Perfect for gifts that suit old, young, fancy or practical or fun tastes. Also great for anytime clothing, shoes and accessories. Nice household items. Great selection for filling gift baskets. Home decor trends, too. Gotta search those racks. Return often because with seasons or holidays they change up the stock a lot. People at the cash register are generally very nice. Lines are well marked and they call out which register is ready for you. I love that, especially for someone like me, who gets distracted by all the tempting impulse buy items. My latest finds include placemats and a very long table runner, all of them costing less than the bargain chain stores I usually frequent. I am thrilled! Notes: Parking is easiest in the big lot on the back side of the mall. Lots of spaces. Have fun!

This TJ Maxx really has quite a good selection of cosmetic lotions and that Nordstrom has, but for 80 percent off. Also, the store is pretty well kept for how many people were in this store. Everything was decently organized and orderly for being a crowded store. Lastly, the store associates were quite nice and polite. Definitely no complaints.
