Empty shelves inside. I wanted to buy some basic table protectors, there was nothing. People working are really nice.

Terrible customer service. Walked in and immediately felt un welcome. Greeting at the front was very rude as we were starred down and our kids were basicly scolded for doing something everyone has probably done at least a million times in there youth (taking a stroll on a shopping cart). I had already told them to get down before they got basicly yelled at by the lady. At that point I told her thank you I already told them to get down. They were not un supervised or in any danger so didn't feel like anyone needed to input anything at that moment. After our shopping was done we went to checkout in hopes of a cashier attending us where we were told there are many self check outs available witch we wanted a cashier but to avoid a argument or another bad experience we just went to self checkout. Our machine kept making alerts every 5 seconds and Noone came to help despite there being a employee standing right there. A lady next to us also appeared to need help and was being ignored. After we finished our lengthy unplesant checkout. The guy at the self checkout area seemed very annoyide and made a comment so I told him yeah that's why we didn't want to go to self checkout as we had expressed interest in having a cashier ring us up. Definitely do not recommend going to this location. I love going to stores where I can go in, do my shopping in peace and leave in a good mood. That place was definitely not pleasant.

I have shopped here time and time again and have found the staff to be very helpful. They also have a lot of fantastic products for the home not just for the bathroom. I would highly recommend this store for anyone who needs things for their home! But..... The only negative thing I would say is, DO NOT NOT NOT SHOP THERE AFTER DARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had my car windows smashed out three times in a period of three months! The parking lot is very dark and I later learned that even the employees have been the victims of multiple vehicle break ins. The is NO security to speak of, though there are surveillance cameras in the lot, but good luck recovering any loss based on video of someone smashing your window! I spent about a thousand dollars on products, and another $987 on replacement windows. The moment I went back into the store to tell the store manager that it had happened again, all they did was give me an email address to the property manager. Apparently this happens so frequently they keep the property managers email right at the customer service counter so they can give it to the next victim of a window smash.

Big enough store with wide variety of bedding, dining tools and also have a good service and staff. The parking is big enough for the plaza.
