I went to kohl’s store on Hamilton to and tried to buy a Lancôme lipstick. There was a sales sticker for $16.00 for the lipstick that I wanted to buy. When I went to the cashier to pay and the cashier said this item is $32.00. I told her that the sales sticker showed $16.00. The cashier called her manager Wendy to come to correct the price. Wendy came and told me that she can’t sell the item to me for $16.00. I asked her why not because the price sticker indicated $16.00. She took off the on sales sticker and blamed someone put the sticker there. She didn’t honor the sales price and rejected to sell it to me for $16.00. I went home and searched for that item and saw the item on sales at kohl’s for $16.00. I took a picture of it and went to kohl’s. When I arrived the cashier told me that she trusted me and the item is on for $16.00. But again Wendy is still rejecting to sale it to me with $16.00 and she she told me go somewhere else to buy and this item as the price is $32.00. I told her that I don’t care somewhere else as I went to kohl’s at the item is on sale. After complaining, it ended up she sold 1 to me for $16.00 instead of 4 items that I want to buy. I’m really unhappy and disappointed that Kohl’s didn’t honor the displayed and advertised price. This is “bait and switch” and is illegal; even beyond that, the manager was unprofessional and said “someone” changed the price in an accusatory tone. This is unacceptable. Be aware of this lady Wendy. She turned her back when I took her picture.

Cashier would not honor my 30% off deal. Mislead me by repeatedly telling my I had to have a Kohls app on my phone to get it. I've had it with Kohl's telling me I'm going to get some discount then finding creative ways of avoiding giving me the discount. Just be an honest retailer!

I was in a big big hurry to bgge at a bady party. While paying for my things the checker realuzed the bag i was purchasing was torn almost in half. I didn't have time to go all the way back upstairs so i said i would tape it and she fave it to me for a substancial discount. I was extremely grateful. So happoy they had a dinasaur for our gift.

This chain store is conveniently located in Campbell. First time shop at this location. Staffs are friendly, environment is clean. Very comfy shopping at this location.
