Today I ordered a grill burger with side salad “TOGO” I might as well have ate my meal there, because I waited over 20 minutes and when I received my order to eat it, my burger was stone cold. I likely would have finished my meal and actually enjoyed it while it was waiting warm getting cold in the back! And as far as I could tell the cafe was not busy as all. Obviously there was a communication fail between front of house and the kitchen.

I don’t know if it’s because they hired a lot of seasonal people for the Anniversary sale or they can’t find experienced people to work, but I shopped for 2 hours and not a single person asked if they could help me, in EVERY department. Most of the young employees were all grouped behind the registers talking to each other (not about work) and on their phones. Everyone acted like they were too busy or uninterested. I’ve been shopping here for 25 years and it has gone downhill. I still shop at Nordstrom because of the quality of clothing and the great return policy.

I was looking for casual comfortable sandals. I found a pair of Dansko's to try on that no other store has. They were very busy when I was there, but didn't wait long for assistance. The sales clerk let me know they had just received the sandals recently.
