The receptionist was very helpful and got me scheduled quickly. Dr. Tucker was very thorough and did a great job checking my vision. Everything went smoothly in a timely manner. I’ll definitely be getting all my future eye exams here.

I can’t give enough thanks to Optical Factory and Showroom. I am in from out of town and forgot my contacts (didn’t bring my glasses either). After calling many other places for help, optical was the only place that immediately answered and quickly replied to me. Not only did they have the exact brand of contacts (acuvue) that I needed AND prescription strength (all other stores didn’t), they told me I could come immediately and they would be waiting. As soon as I arrived they had everything ready and went above and beyond to ensure they fit. If it wasn’t for their exceptional service, high inventory and professionalism, I would have been facing 2 days without vision. Thank you much Optical!
