I’ve been shopping at this location for over 10 years . Today I head to the register the young man leaves and goes to the back of the store. I ask if anyone is working the register and the 18-20 year old so called manager let’s me know if I’m going to be rude I can leave and never come back to her store again. I asked for a GM’s name she would not give that to me told me to call 1-800 Walgreens. I did not raise my voice I simply asked if someone was working the register. Yet she made a scene while letting me know my business is needed. Great job Walgreens on hiring millennials to run and manage your corporation with no proper supervision.

I need to start off by saying that this store was clean and the people were friendly and patient.... But that's kind of the problem they were TOO patient. What I mean by that, is when you got a loyalty card from somebody you gave them your name your phone number and possibly your email address. 6 minutes into the process I finally told the cashier I am done answering questions I will pay the full amount! Which brings me to the reason why I cannot stand Walgreens anyway... How can a company actually put something on sale and advertise it as on sale but the only way you get that sale price is to give them all your information? And most places have what is called a courtesy card if you don't shop there very often and you mention it because you want the sale price that they are "sticking" you with, then they will scan the courtesy card for you. I definitely do not need to be giving my money to a business that will only discount items for people's whose information they have and can sell! I will never go to another Walgreens again!

This store on the corner of 66th St and Ulmerton has got to be one of the worst I've ever shopped at, they tried to fill medication for me on multiple times that was under someone else's name and after I left that store because of that and other blunders, they still filled the medication even when I didn't request them. I spoke to the pharmacist today 6/19/22 who said they were on autofill even though I don't have them on that and haven't used their pharmacy in many months. She really has got to learn how to speak with customers that's probably why they have a 3.4 rating for the reviews. Customer service these days it's in the dog house for whatever reason I feel sorry for her.

Went to get a rapid covid test for a cruise on Friday. I chose the pcr test. When I arrived Danielle at the drive up pharmacy explained it would take 3 days before it got back. I explained my situation and she was like well you need a rapid test for that. OK! (I explained the list I had from the cruise line and what I needed) she was like well idk because I don't have your list. OK! Well I'm telling you what the list says can you help a girl out and choose the right test? (Nope I'm told I have to online and select/Cancel the current appt) Well can you do that, no. OK well can you switch the appt to that, no. Fast forward I decide to take the pcr, but Danielle was so demanding condescending and straight up rude throughout the whole process. Just nasty.. i the. Finish with her go inside to speak to the "lead" Mia ee # 4317829 like she's any better. What a joke! I explain what I need, ( a higher up) well apparently this location has no manager. Go figure... no wonder people acting all sorts of crazy. More power to young people in leadership positions but this youngin didn't know how to deescalate and I had to leave because I felt I was talking to my son/daughter. Pathetic store 4800. Never again will go to this location, I know you don't care, but trust. Word spreads fast. And that's bad business for you. The less people who visit, chances are no location will be here. Let me add: this was definitely about the color of my skin. I felt it as soon as I drove up, the lady was treating me very unfairly
