Holden Houdini
The most painful blood drawing if ever experienced. Literally used the needle in my arms to move the position of my arms to get a better angle. Stuck me 4 times twice in each arm and couldn't find the vein. Worst lab experience in my life. Huge bruises all around the drawing areas.

Do you plan on paying cash or insurance? Will definitely need an order from your Dr, but unless you're a dual citizen, you need to call them and ask, because I'm not sure
If you face the new Publix (used to be Winn Dixie, used to be Albertson's), then look along the strip to the right. It is between Firehouse Subs and Sprint.
Think all you need is a Dr prescription and insurance information
