Itll take them 3 hours to unload 4 pallets even if you show up early to your appointment. Other drivers here are rude and threaten people. They give the wrong door information. Parking sucks and its a nightmare getting in and out. Try to refrain from coming here if you can.

Don't know why bad reviews but my experience here was awesome, receiving opens at 6am call number on gate and they get you in my original appt was 11am it's 6:31am and I'm in door and being unloaded, you put paperwork in back of truck, pay lumber fee, when you get red light pull out all paoerwork and receipts in Trailer, just awesome!! Oh ya they do have spots inside for you to wait but no overnight parking suggest get here early, pretty much like first come first served. The lady on the phone was very nice and had an enjoyable attitude for first thing in the morning!! Lol

Hmm never heard of a late fee for either drivers or customers 🤔 so I would guess no but that would be a good question to ask customers service on the phone or at the front desk
