I don’t know about their regular service- but they are part of the Intoxalock service as well and when I first got it in my car the didn’t put it in right. So I had to have my car towed. The guy was very rude and even the tow truck driver said they were not willing to help. Then I have to go back in for recalibration and the front service counter guy is just exceptionally unfriendly. Like he has better things to do besides help customers that walk in. If they don’t want to be apart of the service maybe they should focus on radios.
