The customer service in pharmacy at this location are snooty and In no way friendly in general. They occasionally have problems answering there phones with long waits. Big problems on 3/27/2022. I called several times with no answer. I was on hold 30 minutes with no answer. I ended up having to get Cody the store manager paged and he finally got there attention. This definitely reflects poor management for this pharmacy. Thank you store manager for your help. I did understand the store management and pharmacy management are separate so this no way reflects the store. I would recommend avoiding this pharmacy at this location.

The workers here are the rudest! They do not care about their customers! . I NEEDED MY MEDICATION ASAP and they kept on holding me on the line or make me wait AND THEY CANNOT TELL ME THE FREAKING REASON! Good thing my situation was not a matter of life and death, but what if it was???!!! Publix really need to do better on their Pharmacy employees’ customer service. Their employees from other departments are very nice and helpful btw.

Prices are high, produce spoils quick, some of the staff is rude, PHARMACY TAKES FOREVER! Maybe it’s just the Publix in pinellas county but they seemed to have really gone down hill.

After months of struggle and rudeness we are done. My doctors are thrilled. Inept incompetent and rude about sums it up. CVS is now getting my money.
