If I could give a 0 I would. My doctor put in my prescription (as a RUSH order) at 8:00AM this morning. I knew that the pharmacy opened at 9, so I showed up right before 11 to give them enough time to have my medication ready. I walk up and was told my medicine was still not ready. So I asked how much longer it would be and the PHARMACIST then rolled his eyes and told me 10-15 minutes. He stated that they opened at 9 and were busy. (There was no one at the counter other than myself.) I just don’t understand why I would have to wait longer in pain/discomfort just because no one can do their job right and are extremely rude anyways. Would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Very taken back by how I was spoken to. Horrible practice of medicine.

Over the years, I've used several Publix pharmacies throughout the state of Florida as work has required me to relocate from city to city. When work sent me to live in the western Tampa Bay area of Largo, I used two different Publix pharmacy locations - Bardmoore and Belcher Rd & E Bay - and found their pharmacy staff to lack the skills needed to be working in direct contact with people, especially the Bardmoore staff. The pharmacy staff at Shoppes of Largo blew my expectations, lowered by the Bardmoore pharmacy staff. THANK YOU Shoppes of Largo PHARMACY STAFF FOR RESTORING what I've always come to expect from a premium retailer like Publix! Keep up the great work!
