Gracie is absolutely phenomenal I came in a week ago to order my son new glasses he gets a special frame the ones that don't break when they bend and high prescription she was able to get it taken care of right then and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Then I come in today with only lenses from my sons father's broken glasses and she was able to call around to 2 different stores to find the specific frame he needs for his very high prescription he cannot go without glasses. She was able to find the specific frame in Brandon Florida and had them shipped to her stores for pick up. They will arrive in 3 days compared to waiting until September 1st when they would arrive if ordered from eBay. On top of this she is an excellent multitasker!! She was on the phone calling to different stores for the frame when the other store phone rang and she answered it all while talking to the Brandon store on the phone and helping the customer on the other phone to schedule an appointment and she was completely calm and effective in doing so. She is absolutely phenomenal at her job. She is a blessing to have on our optometry team keeping our family well taken care of. Thank you Gracie for all that you do !

Taking your child for a comprehensive eye exam at an early age and maintaining the recommended eye care schedule as they grow is the best way to ensure your child's vision develops correctly. Visual skills support optimal learning and full participation in school and all other activities. Our pediatric eye care services include child-friendly and age-appropriate exams to check visual acuity, eye tracking, focusing skills, and problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, lazy eye (amblyopia), crossed eyes, dyslexia, color blindness, disease, or medical conditions. Depending upon our findings, we’ll discuss what’s right for your child and prescribe eyeglasses, vision therapy, or additional procedures as needed.

A comprehensive eye exam involves a series of comfortable and pain-free tests that offer a close-up look at your eye health and visual function. Between having all the tests performed and discussing the results with our eye doctor, you can expect your visit to last up to an hour.

What do I need to bring to an eye exam?

It’s essential to remember to bring your current eyeglasses or contact lenses prescription to your visit. If you also wear reading glasses, computer glasses, protective eyewear, or other visual aids, you may want to bring these as well. Because getting your pupils dilated can leave you sensitive to light for several hours following your appointment, it’s wise to bring sunglasses to the appointment.
