If I could give this store -5 stars I would. Not only did they lose a 24x36 original artwork I made, but they were also very unsympathetic, unapologetic, and disinterested in solving the problem. A missing package requires a level of care and understanding that they did not express towards me. Now I need to recreate this drawing AGAIN because of their carelessness and inability to deliver it safely. Will NEVER be conducting business at this location or any ups store in the future. I will go elsewhere to ship and pick up packages from now on.

I will never use this business again. They LOST A PACKAGE; a handmade piece of art that cannot be easily recreated. This was not something small or easy to loose. This was large and framed. Worse, when the tracking number never indicated the package left the location we asked the store what the problem was. We had a tracking number and UPS reported the package never shipped. The store personal were difficult and hardly apologetic. I would never trust them to get something sent to its destination. There are plenty of other locations in the area and plenty of other businesses that ship. Their location is dirty and the handful of times I've been there it is clear they are disorganized and in disarray. I would avoid and just drive the extra distance to ANY other shipping location.

Friendly and knowledgeable and a well designed layout. Even with a line, it moves quickly! Appreciate the attention to detail and variety of in store options. This gem is tucked back where you wouldn't expect, but don't believe for a second they can't handle a generous volume of Westchase business!

I just stopped by, 5 mins ago, to drop off a few Amazon returns and other mailing needs, but encountered the most unprofessional and unfriendly staff members ever. Definitely will be finding another location for all my business.
