Wow not great service. The hours listed on the store signage said open Saturday until 3 PM. I was just there at 2 PM and whole place was closed up tight. Change your hour signage if your hours have changed.

Avoid this Franchise, the manager, Demetrius is VERY RUDE! Poor service! I went to the store to print a poster and return an Amazon package I have done this a few times before, and always had polite service from other workers. When I came in Demetrius ignored me as he was sitting down scrolling on his phone. He looked up when another customer came in then he got up and walked past me to help the other customer. I said I was first but he kept helping the other customer anyway then afterwards came to me. I told him how rude what he did was and he said he didn't see me standing there...I was the only person in the store at the time so clearly he saw me. This isn't the first time Demetrius has been rude and short with me and I've seen him be rude to other customers. He clearly picks and chooses who he's going to be nice too...bad business and very rude! I am taking my business elsewhere. There's no reason to rude but Demetrius makes a point of it!
