Super solid ups store. Dropping off boxes with pre paid labels is a breeze, there is a box for them and you don't have to wait in line

You can drop off Amazon return packages here or buy stationary, but none of the other services "offered" here work and the staff will just shrug and say, "not my problem" when you ask for help.

Very rude employee complaining about Amazon packages being returned. Claimed they do not do business with them anymore, can't afford it and will be charging customers. By the way my package never arrived either..
