Stay away! Horrible service both times I have been. Refused to take a package that was in the same box/packaging that I received it in from UPS. Took it to another UPS Store minutes later and was told "no problem" in a helpful and friendly manner. Won't be back to this location.

This about the 4th time I have gone (as I typically go to the UPS Store on MacDill in the Pane' Rustica plaza) - this location on Gandy is TERRIBLE!!!! Every time - the WORST customer service, rude, don't help, language is awful. The seem miserable, like they're forced to work and could care less about helping you. I will not be returning.
