Eric, the manager, lacks a backbone and accountability. There seems to be no reprimand for driver errors or negligence. Poor way of management is the problem here. Bad enough that this is supposed to Federal Express. The fact that this company has "Express" as a title is comical to say the least. I would give zero stars if Google had the option. Otherwise, if you are expecting a package from here, just go ahead and call the shipper to send that bad boy through UPS or USPS or start that lost package claim..

Hands down the worst courier service ever I don't know why any companies use these idiots every time I get a package that comes in over the weekend these clowns hold my package for an additional day so a couple times I have ordered stuff then when I track my package it shows it was delivered to the Tampa hub on a Saturday and these clowns keep your package on Monday and wait till Tuesday then these clowns don't have a direct number for their facilities everything is an 800 #

We received prompt and courteous service picking up our package this past Monday evening, 8/8/22. I didn't get the young lady's name but she was most efficient. Thank you! I think we were in and out in less than a minute and a half!
