I paid for this store to pack and ship an heirloom plaque to my son in Maine. There was a major screw up by UPS and they shipped an Shamu snowglobe instead of the plaque. After several phone calls and trips to the store they retrieved the plaque and refused to refund my money. Bewsre do not use this store if you have any value in the item they pack and ship. Awful customer service and act like it was my fault they made the mess of this shipment. Manager and staff incompetent

Horrible service, today I went to deliver a package that arrived at my house and it is not mine. They did not accept it and they treated me the worst. The girl went around 9:30 am. It is not the first time, it is the second time that I receive terrible treatment. The first time I went to deliver a damaged Spectrum box, the same thing was not accepted and they treated me horrible, I had to take it directly to Spectrum and make the complaint. If I could give them a zero I would. On July 12th, I shipped a package to my uncle who is very ill and needed the money for his medicine. Somehow, the store lost my pkg. I had to pay a stop payment on the check and till this day the owner has not called me to inform me on how the claim is going. I have already advised everyone not to ever use this store..
