They don't do reservations I'm afraid and they always close Christmas. I suggest a place like Denny's. There is one at the truck stop flying J in Haines city and one about a half mile from Bob Evans in Davenport. Not sure if they do reservations and they usually have a limited menu on Christmas and Thanksgiving
