The lock on the clubhouse is crazy I left my AirPods in there yesterday Other than that this place is amazing I would definitely advise anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood well-managed neighborhood clean neighborhood I will tell them to move to palm keys village (The only reason why is three stars is because of the clubhouse)

Don't move here. They are very strict. You can't do anything, they constantly nag about how your lawn looks and they own the property. We only own the home. We have to up keep the grass, but since we don't own it, they should take care of it since we pay a ridiculous lot rent. I do like however, it's a quiet neighborhood.

I'm not sure, I just go to an aqua Zumba class there. This is a question for management. There should be a number on there website, or at the very least a contract us link.

Depending on the size of the lot depends on your rent i moved in and was told lot rent wouldnt go up. It was a lie. I started paying 685 and it was raised to 745$ i was told it was add on property tax, which isnt right because i dont own the property, i shouldn't have to pay property tax on it. And it will only go up. You have a club house with a pool table, tennis courts, and a tiny playground and one swimming pool for the community. Your garbage pick up is included in rent. If you dont mow your own yard you get charged extra per month for land scapeing. The only up side to it is its good location and its super quiet, no trouble.
No Hoa but we do have an exorbitant lot rent of 711, Currently and going up every year. No amenities except a pool, tennis court with makeshift basket ball court on it.
