Depending on the size of the lot depends on your rent i moved in and was told lot rent wouldnt go up. It was a lie. I started paying 685 and it was raised to 745$ i was told it was add on property tax, which isnt right because i dont own the property, i shouldn't have to pay property tax on it. And it will only go up. You have a club house with a pool table, tennis courts, and a tiny playground and one swimming pool for the community. Your garbage pick up is included in rent. If you dont mow your own yard you get charged extra per month for land scapeing. The only up side to it is its good location and its super quiet, no trouble.

Only thin ya get for that's is a pool and tennis court nobody uses. So. Park get water included or alot more like garbage... We g none of that.
