Strongly suggest NOT to use this person trying to be your doctor! Terrible with any follow-up..Crazy rules must mail you a script for a test instead of giving it at office visit.. Likes to hear himself talk and I feel a script writer who rather not be into your issues !! Go elsewhere

FACTS I asked for a special form so I can get a Covid shot early as I have no spleen. The secretary said "we don't have that form". Ok. I was able to download the form in 1 minute myself. I checked their hours. Closed for lunch 12:30 to 1:30. I check the drive and I can make it by 12:15. I get there at EXACTLY 12:16 and the door is locked. I call, no answer. I start knocking and eventually a girl answers the door. I explain the situation. It takes me 1 hour to drive there round trip, can he please fill this form out (a one page simple form). Reluctantly she takes it and comes back with this. "The Dr. will not work on his lunch break. You have to come back." OPINION Steer clear of someone that obviously does not care, and can't tell what time it is. Think about it. If this is his "care" level, and he isn't even intelligent, or professional enough to tell time, do you really want him looking after your well being?

I was prescribed ambien due to sleep issues. After calling and leaving voicemails MULTIPLE times, I finally got a hold of them today. I wanted to try something different due to this not helping me and the headaches I was getting from them. So, I wanted to switch. My insurance also was having issues filling one of my scripts so I asked them to transfer it to Walgreens instead of CVS. On the phone today, I just found out that they will no longer prescribe pain medications and other controlled substances...... I was getting AMBIEN to help sleep and that I cannot get any other sleeping medications due to it being a "controlled substance". I don't do drugs nor do I intend to. I just want to sleep. Thanks so much for ignoring my VM for weeks and then telling me that you won't prescribe AMBIEN or any other sleeping medications. So, only prescribing antibiotics now? Don't bother going here, it's clear that he is no longer prescribing other medications probably because you were over prescribing to individuals that didn't warrant it. Now my sleeping saga must continue while looking for a new doctor.
