I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed and they told me they were busy and even though I made an appointment and was on time and was going to be waiting, I was given an estimated wait of 3-4 hours. It's been 3.5 and I'm still sitting here waiting. No one even gave me an update without me seeking it out. I'm disappointed. This is no way to respect someone's time.

I brought my Rav 4 in to turn off the check engine light and malfunction warning light off after I did not tighten my gas cap all the way that caused the warning notice on my dashboard display, which I mentioned to the service tech. The service tech was polite and took my car in without an appt. Vehicle was running fine and only thing wrong was the warning lights. The tech texted me it would be $1760 to replace charcoal canister, purge vsv and fuel cap then perform evap test. Never spoke about the services and I texted back no thanks and they come up and pick up your vehicle. Nothing was mentioned again I researched it and it was very rare for this type of service on my vehicle with the mileage. I declined and picked up my car. A day later after tightening my gas cap all the warning lights disappeared and everything is fine. It must have a taking 24 hours to reset after tightening the cap. If this was someone else they may have paid this enormous amount of money for nothing. I picked up the car and 2 other customers were yelling about dissatisfaction about the service experience and fees charged. If you car is not under warranty go to a local mechanic. I'm assuming the service techs make commission on service sold.

Hi,this dealership is cheating many customers. I was cheated, and recently learned from a friend,he was also their victim.they are targeting people on visa,it seems.
Yes up to $7000. They told us they’d waive it and then lied. Conveniently ‘forgetting’ to disclose the fact until we waited months and arrived to sign.

That depends on the make and model of your car. How long ago was your last service? If its an oil and filter change, you can go anywhere. Be careful of the big "services" that cost $500 in which 90% of what they do is "inspect" or "check" things but dont actually do anything other than an oil change and tire rotation.
