I recently purchased a new Subaru, and I could not be happier. Most of my time at Heritage Subaru Catonsville was spent with Mr. Mian Farooq who was highly professional, personable, and attentive. It was refreshing to conduct business with someone who listened to what I had to say and did not rush me to make a hasty decision. All other staff members with whom I interacted were equally as professional. If you are looking for a reputable Subaru dealership, this is definitely one of them.

I had an electrical issue that they quoted $5-$7k to fix that ended up being a quick computer reset at another mechanic My model also has a battery drain issue that has a class action lawsuit for it. Every few months it dies. The battery was replaced twice. It’s been a nightmare to repair on my outback. Never Subaru. Never heritage. Not after this.

Knowledgeable and fair prices. Stephen helped us purchase a 2023 Outback and knew just about every feature that car had as well as how it stacked up against the other cars they offered. Seriously, there wasn't a question I asked he didn't know. Besides that their pricing is MSRP or lower so you're not going to have to haggle them down in order to get a good deal. Overall extremely happy with the experience and with how fast and smooth the process was. 10/10, ask for Stephen
