Terrible service. Made the payment to start the service on on June 1, 2022, and the house is still without electricity as of now, which is 13:30. Called the customer service and they said they had no idea where the technicians currently were and they had no idea exactly at what time the technicians would be able to come over to turn electricity on.

Same transformer in my neighborhood blows at least 3 times a year. Only one side of the street goes out and after years of dealing with this, you would think they would properly fix their equipment, as they never actually pass the warranty dates, so it's money back in their pocket every time. Just get the proper part do this stops happening all the time. Nope I will sit here in the dark while my children sweat due to no air conditioning, while already having issues with breathing going on....told over 45 minutes ago service trucks were in route...haven't seen anyone yet. Big surprise. Would like repayment for once again not being able to use what we pay for each month. Hope this picture gives a clear view of what we are currently seeing .. NOTHING.
