What a joke.... Took my Aunt here to get her leg looked at and another issue, no feed back as to any expected wait time, the "docter" was on a screen...WHY? Staff was rude as could be. I told the clerk behind the counter to take my info so they could contact me as I had already waited 2 hours with no one giving me information. He wrote it down on a post it not.. absolutely garbage hospital. I could go on but this is the just of it. Very strong bad vibes here.

Worse experience of my life! I have cancer and needed a blood transfusion and my oncologist told me to go through ER. 3:30 pm I got there, went through triage, then sent back to full waiting room and took a seat and the woman next to me leaned over and said just want you to know my son here has Covid. BTW they don’t require face masks in the ER waiting room.They drew blood and I was low so they HAD to admit me. (Why I’m there!) ER pre admit rooms are disgusting. No bathrooms. Male Nurse made me use a bed pan. I was then taken to a real room. I was never offered a gown, I slept in the clothes I'd been in all day, never offered water. Had to call the nurse to go to the bathroom and while I was in there she forgot to turn off the blood drip before unhooking me and blood dripped all over the floor. Next day upon discharge the nurse reached in the nightstand cabinet and presented me with a basin with a glass and water pitcher as my parting gift! 11:00 am. Never again!

Early this morning (1:40 AM) we took my husband to ER due Covid-19 complications. We were very satisfied with the prompt service we received; as well as the array of tests ordered and read for a thorough understanding of his condition. In addition, treatment was provided which made him more comfortable and less fearful. Thanks for giving it your all. Special thanks to Dr. Spencer Barela.

They were very patient and they seem like they actually cared about everyone instead of just push them through the system like a lot of other places do. To listen to what I had to tell them. And they tried to find out what the issue was, instead of listening to a few words and coming to their conclusion.
