It’s been 85 days now since I bought a used, 2021 Highlander from Koons Arlington Toyota and they still have not provided a correct registration. (9/3/22) I finally got everything from the dealership on October 5, for a Highlander I bought on June 10. It took them 117 days to get me the paperwork, the registration was the last to arrive, October 5. Strongly suggest you get a written commitment from this dealership to get you all the paperwork, including title and registration within the time frame you require. I had to wait 117 days, that’s way too long IMO. Also make sure you see both keys for the vehicle. I was assured that they had both keys for the car I bought but after I signed the buyers agreement then wouldn’t you know it, oh sorry we only have one key. They got me another one, from a third party service who provided an after market key, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Apart from these annoyances and paying insurance for months on a car I couldn’t legally drive without all the documentation, the car itself has been fine. Would I buy there again, TBH, I doubt it. But I’ll raise the star from one to two now, because at least they finally provided everything, after 117 days.

I don't recommend them, they are garbage, I don't know if it was because of the salesman who helped me, his name is Leo Mendoza, but I bought a truck and the front brakes made noise, they told me that they were going to repair it and now the service manager He doesn't even answer the phone. he told me that his name is Mario Sandobal. I told him about the problem and after that he doesn't answer the phone. The worst thing is that I talk to the superiors and they only tell me to contact Mario that he is the head of service.

THIS DEALERSHIP, SALESPERSONS,SERVICE ADVISORS & MANAGERS ARE PURE LIAR AND SCAM. I LOST $10,000 BECAUSE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. Don’t do business With this dealer. When you browsing their inventory you might find a car with a great price but be sure!!! Car has a big issue. Take your business elsewhere! This is the worst car dealership I’ve ever seen in my life. I bought a 2013 Mercedes SLK from Paul and I immediately had issues with the vehicle. The roof had a very bad leak. When I was buying the car I asked them to give me a water hose to test the roof for any issues and they said it doesn’t have any issues and if you find any issues later you can return the car. After first rain I found out it has a leak and took the car back to their service center and after 10 days they called me and said we fixed the problem. I took the car and next day I took it to carwash and I found out they didn’t do anything in 10 days. They'll sale you an automobile knowing it needs work on it and want to give you the round around about the car instead of just giving you your money back or fixing the problem. After taking my car to MB dealership service center I found out car needs a new roof and it costs me about $10,000. I owned the car for 59 days and I only drove it for 5 times !!!!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. All of the staff had no idea what they were doing. These people were a complete waste of time and are con artists! Paul ( Salesperson) , Ali Kashani ( Used car manager ), Allen Ramezan ( Used car director) are the biggest liars I’ve ever seen in my life.

Our employees are prohibited from reporting to work without a 14 day self-quarantine if they have traveled outside the United States or to a high-impact area (as determined by the CDC) or if they have taken a cruise. Yes! We have secured extra supplies of disinfectants, alcohol wipes, hand sanitizers and gloves for employee and guest use. If you are visiting one of our dealerships or service centers and would like to use any of these items, please ask.
We have increased the frequency and level of cleaning and disinfecting of our buildings, equipment and furniture, with special attention to high-touch surfaces.

We sanitize all vehicles that come through our service department before we get in and again after service is complete. Everyone is required to wear a mask, personnel and customers included. We have hand sanitizer on every desk. All desks are wiped down in between each customer. We have reassembled our waiting area so that we can allow social distancing. We continue to offer free valet service for our service department: we'll come to your home within 15 miles of our dealer, bring it here for service, and return your vehicle to your home when the service is done. And we'll sanitize it at least 3 times along the way.
